We really wish we could provide Chamber Music Weekend for free; however, there are expenses, such as buying music, renting orchestra parts, and hiring teaching staff for the younger players. So we satisfy ourselves by making the weekend as inexpensive as we possibly can.
- Participant and Observer fees include meal tickets for the three group meals, all CMW activities, entrance to all seminars and master classes, and use of the chamber music library and the building facilities. You are responsible for housing, travel, and other meals.
- Space is limited! Last year we did reach our maximum number of participants. Please get your registration in early! Once our limit is met, we will have to turn away later registrations.
- If financial difficulties would keep you from attending, please contact us. Some need-based scholarships are available.

| *Parents are responsible for the care and discipline of their children (participants and observers both) during the weekend. CMW staff members are not responsible for non-participating children at any time, nor for participating children outside of sessions. Participating children under 10 must have an adult available to them at all times. |
